What does it cost?

Uniforum, the organisation that administers the .co.za zone, charges R50 (incl. VAT) per domain per year. In order to register a new .co.za domain with them, the domain first needs to be setup on at least two nameservers. The annual charge for using this site's nameservers and DNS manager is R25 per domain per year (R0 for the first year during beta).

How to pay?

Uniforum will email you an invoice over R50 as soon as your domain is registered. You can pay them through wire transfer or by credit card here.

To pay this site annual fee of R25 through Webcash you will receive a separate email when payment is due.

Why can I not just pay R75?

There are of course handling fees for processing payments. If this site was to collect Uniforum's R50 from you the total transaction costs would be higher. If you don't mind to spend a few Rands extra, please let me know in the forum and I'll consider implementing a single payment process post beta.
